[Uncoded PSD] Nintendo Wii Template ~ $100

Type of Contest : Uncoded PSD template for website w/forum version (that includes buttons/icons)
Prize : $100 USD via PayPal (Verified)
Contest End Date & Time : 3:01am on December 18th.
Size Requirements : Up to you, content area should be at least 500px wide though.
Color Requirements : Up to you, as long as it matches "Wii".

General Requirements :
Before anyone wonders why so much for $100, the "forum version" is just a slight modification of the website version of which a forum can then be implicated. The forum buttons are also simple, as they will just be a needed clone of the Wii interface's buttons, and maybe even icons (though not required, but could give a better chance for a win).

I have a Wii design I tried to make, but have not been satisfied. The design can be found here. I'm using this as a structure to work with. I want ALL ELEMENTS (aka, Game Link List, User Menu, Simple Website Name Logo, Style Changer box, advertisement box, and content box structure (as in, the section name, the sections's sublinks, and then a submenu, which is the grey box in the content portion) similar as shown, but the graphics should be different and position of the elements can alter (though the content portion should remain a similar in the section title, sub-section-links, and sub links box be close and in a similar fasion).

Now, what I couldn't get and would like is a design that is close to the Nintendo Wii interface menu. For reference, here are pictures of the Wii interface and here is a walkthrough of the Wii interface via YouTube.

Flash or anything over the top is not needed, just something graphically close to the Nintendo Wii's interface menu. Also, those that are text links in the mock up I provided, should stay text. Why? I plan on having multiple styles to be available for this general gaming website, so it would make it easy to have just text links. Also, cause of no absolute logo, your free to come up with something, but something as simple as my mockup is accepted.

The advertising box must be specially done. Why? I plan on releasing a Premium Membership feature in which one of it's purposes would be adfree. So, the ad is required to be on there, but must be able to be taken out of the design without screwing up the whole design itself. Such as removing the advertising box in my mockup wouldn't disrupt its original design.

About the buttons/icons, the buttons should just be similar to the Wii buttons (the ones that say "Back" or so) and those will be used with my 3.5 vbulletin forum. Icons is an extra and could drive the leader position to you if you add them.

Additional Information :
Payment will be made within 24 hours of the contest's end (when winner is announced) and I would like the PSD within the same timeframe. So be sure to have the inside cleaned up and ready to go. If transfering the file(s) because an issue, I can provide server space for you to upload such.

If I do not see a design I'm happy with, I reserve the right to close the contest. However, I'll be sure to give compensation to the one with the lead of the contest. I also reserve the right to end the contest if a design is spotted in favor, before the actual deadline.

I must say, that is a nice looking one! Maybe if so more color (blue) could be placed in, but if not, it still looks quite good and close to the Wii Inferface . Oh, and see if a possible darkening up to define the lines is possible. Not too much, just a notch more Also, you don't have to do the same type of structure of the (though the content area is good). I mean, you can use it, but the mockup was basically just so people know what elements (links, features, etc) I'm heading for.

Still very good and it is hard to determine (other than possible color add-in) what needs to be changed. Any modifications you can see, please don't hesitate to go at it.

Anyways, I'll have to think abit more if I find something (other than color) Thanks for your entry (and great timing as well).

Only things I've got with it is the arrows by the links. Not sure if that is the best symbol to use for the design. Also, not sure if the blue, large curve in the top bits, maybe abit less of a big curve? Also, I'm not too sure about the content area, maybe try another type of variation? Maybe a background color for the top section links (New, Preview, etc) such as a bar? Not really sure, as it looks good as it is, but if you do think of another style, d.

Now that I've placed some cons, I feel to place the pros I really do like. I like the web 2.0 feel of the header and the user menu tool image to used. I also like how you used the elements of my mockup to twist it abit, as it worked quite well The blue use in the design is also good with a clean and simple feel of the whole design. You've followed guidelines quite well Oh, and I can't forget the button you've made ("Register"), you've nailed it perfectly

I'm very understandable and if your design does win (which for those whom do not win this contest, you can always resell), I can wait until Tuesday. Giving heads ups like this does help. Pros: Wow, I do like the revision thank you for including different color combinations, as that also stirs ideas of mine for how to go about the integration of my system. I like it, very nice.

Cons: Though I didn't mentions this before, see if you could try another logo title (for the "Gaming Hybrid" text to the left of the user links) style. Though the one you used is good, maybe something more fluid to the design would be nice.

I do like the addition of icons, thank you for that. The layout you've showed (the one I'm giving feedback on) is quite nice. If you wish to try for another layout as well, I don't mind including that one and this one for reference (meaning, I'll count this entry and any new ones you enter for the chance to when the prize money. Thus, giving a higher range of chance). It is all up to your judgement, just letting you know I do like your design and any further design entries (that are not revisions of this current one) will have their own seperate chance to win

Also, as a update, the $100 transfer is complete and thus a instant payment is now guarenteed for the winner of this contest. The dates are still the same for now, but I'm lookin got having at least one more design to complete the competition. However, I will not keep moving the date (if necessary) until another design is given, and will choose between two if needed. I'm just trying to give a fair contest to others as well.

Pro: That's great! I'd say this design is done

Con: However, I'd like to see how the design looked with the curves being more flat. No, not squares, but for the header areas (site logo, "Game List", etc) they have more of a curve to them. See how it looks if that curve was brought down abit to make it curve flat (such as the curving in Lourdes design). I might like it better the way it is now, but just curious as if it might look better.
