Need Designer for Nintendo Wii Site Design

Hello NamePros designers:

I am currently in need of a skilled Adobe PhotoShop designer to create me a unique and one-of-a-kind Nintendo Wii website design.

The design does not need to be coded, so just the .PSD is acceptable. I have posted this request numerous amounts of times at other forums, but design skills were lacking in samples sent to me. Please be sure you read my entire post before even contacting me.

First off, this design is going to be for a Nintendo Wii blog, so generally think of the overall layout of a blog. My website's name is Wii Blog.

For an example, I really like the design that is being used on Wii Log, a competing Nintendo Wii blog.

I would like something simplistic like that, but a little bit more colorful. I think a mixture of purple gradients would be nice somehow.

If you can do this, please PM or reply. My budget is about $50.00. I need something simplistic, but I need at the same time it to look like a Nintendo Wii blog.
