Sale includes site and all original content plus the domain name.

I just broke out the advertising at the bottom of the page and it did $3-$4 ($100 per month +/-) (per day) ..but when a state advertises their website that number jumps to around $20-$25. You could easily add an affiliate link for an unclaimed property search and make more.

This is all original content and In the past few weeks the site was listed at both dmoz and zeal. It is already a pr5 site before those listings and 90% of all traffic is free search engine traffic. Getting around 30-40 currently per day but that number jumps to 200-300 whenever a state advertises their site.

Auction format (w/reserve) - starts at $100 - buy it now for $500 (then just leave it alone and recoup your cash in no time!)
