Nice one letter word... Please assist in appraisal

It is 1 worder and it is in .com, but even without "un" it is pretty long - "un" brings value down drastically - not really clear what end user would be here..I feel maybe flip to another domain investor for low-mid XXX

I can't see a clear use for this one. Just because it is a dictionary word doesn't mean it is usable. How often is this word used by the way ?
