ultimate-guitar.com is an immensely popular tablature website. I conducted an experiment, having several people type the word "ultimate" a bunch of times, and that "ultimayte" was a popular typo. So hopefully I'll be able to get some type-in traffic.

As porte suggested, name will value only if it receives typo traffic and generates some revenue. Park it for a while and then see how much revenue it generates, value will will depend on that amount.

I think the domain has maximum value of its reg fee unless until you get some revenue over parking the domain.
