The site is well developed and has a legal IPB license.
The forum has over 2000 members and was once very popular and had a good reputation with the rest of the Harry Potter community for inventing the first "Triwizard Tournament" but it never happened.
The site has closed, but still has a lot of templates and content.
Including the domain, the site, the forum, the IPB license and the rest how much could this be worth?

There are WAY too many probs with this domain. If it is used as a fan hub with NO money generated from the site, it could fetch a decent amount. Else, this thing is worthless. Even if ppl are interested in the former, the obvious TM issues are scary.
