This has probably been posted before, but it's always worth a look....
I have been looking at the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) decisions. They are absolutely fascinating.

Like the Germany post office was almost charged with reverse domain hijacking for trying to take post.com. Srp.net was transferred to a power company in Utah. The respondent was using srp to look like the srpnet.com --with the hopes that people would try to pay their electric bills to the fake site online.
Looking it over, you can find the many ways to lose your domains (and some ways to keep in the clear).
