Actually it's not a typo, I think some people spell it leggins and some leggings.

As you said, the person thinking he will get 30k for the .com is living in a dream world and I can't find any recorded sales of domains with the term leggin in it and the .us although suits it partially, obviously diminishes value to an extent where I think it may be worth a grace delete.

However, it could still be worth high $xx if your willing to put the effort in to find the right buyer. Depends if it's worth your time or not.
