Value is directly related to revenue generated, as stated by webcom.

Can you provide traffic and revenue stats? I would have to guess traffic is quite low because the OVT for payment.com is 125 and paymeny.com is 0. Also, payment.com forwards to a personal page. Last, 36,400 Results in Google is not a lot for a typo of a word that returns 842,000,000 results in Google. If payment.com is ever developed, it could have some value, but for now I would have to say it's worth "Reg Fee & optimism"

That's the first thing I would have looked at. Typos in searches do certainly happen more than typos on webpages (people who type in searches often don't stop to spellcheck), but that is a horrid fraction of Google results. That's less than 1/20,000th the results of the word it's a typo of, and so that to me is frankly not a very good typo at all. That's not to say 36,400 wouldn't be a decent number of results for a 1 or 2 word .com that's actually a word, but not for a typo. Typos like that lose all brandable value and you're essentially counting on type-ins and the revenue they produce. If you get a decent amount of type-ins, then I may be wrong and the name may be worth something, but I doubt you get much traffic. Good luck though!
