Do this domains hold any value...

Will this create and TM issues, Advice me if so i will drop it...

For the few pennies you may make, it really is not worth it IMO...

to your concern microsft.org domain already has more 360 users/ day traffic according to estibot,, pls kindly advice me will this has TM issues,,, if not i am very sure i can earn atleast more than the reg fee within one year of the regsitiration period by parking or minisite.. see the keyword has more than 8 million searches in google and max ppc bid is 4.5$ two or three good clicks will get me back my reg fee... Please advice

Do godaddy refund for .org, .net, .info domains within there five day grace period like .coms?

Maddy, it is not up to microsoft to register everything sounding like their trademark, it is domainers who should not try to profit from them. Seriously you should take the advice of the previous posters and read up on acceptable practices.

Its worth bearing in mind a Wipo could cost you the domain (no major loss), but a court case could bankrupt you.
