TYPO domains. WHERE to park 'em?

Hello to everybody! I know lot of domainers own portfolios and single domains
just to earn from type-in traffic on PPC's.

1) So could you recommend which parking programs and/or PPC's allow the Typo domains (like wwwmyspace.com or jutube.com) to be parked, and which are the best?

2) on what sort of traffic are misleaded users usually convert best?
mp3/gambling/dating/adult? or any other?

(of course, I suppose the correct domain from which is misspelling/typo was made, should in no case be trademarked).

4) Many domainers at this forum evaluated NAMEDRIVE as good and reliable parking program. Do the allow typo domains to park? (they seem to display Google ads on their landing pages, so suppose there are issues. What's your experience?). And what's the situation with SEDO? I heard they simply ban typo domains from earning money for you. am I correct?

5) what's the best way to target traffic from typo domains, if not park them?
Maybe to send users by java redirects or IFRAME's to some affiliate program?


6) will it be better to use private hidden registration (DomainByproxy, etc.)
in order the whois data on your typo domains was not revealed to the original domain owner and his lawyers? I heard that NameCheap provides such a service. Did you try such hidden registration? arent there any underlying potential problems that can occur by such registration?

are the more popular parking companies.

I've a typo of myspace, tried 4 ppc companies:

Parked
Namedrive
Sedo
Domainspa

Its now parked at sedo because it have the highest ctr.

2) For me, the traffic that converts best its travel/games

4)Namedrive its the best (for me) and they allow Typos.. my portfolio its just typos :p
They dont allow the words google and yahoo on domains, not sure about any others.
Sedo banned me a gambling typo.

5)It depends... if you don't have high CTR on parking, you should try an affiliate program, usually it converts very well (Adult per example).

6)Believe me, if they want to find you, they will...so... IMO using private reg its a waste of money.
I've received a letter from a lawyer, if you agree to give away the domain they dont sue you.

On my generic typos (no TM issues) I park at Dotzup. On others Sedo, and Namedrive. For an adult typo name I have, I have done best on Namedrive, at about 65% CTR. I did have to optimize to get to the point I can make the most money.
