domain typingoutloud.com - appraisal please?.

Hi all,

I registered this domain a couple of years ago and have now decided to sell. I put it up on sedo and redirected the nameservers and looked into paying for an appraisal until I happened upon this site, I'd much rather I got the opinion of another human being rather than a machine!.

Thanks for the reply. What do you specifically mean by 'development'?

I intended to use it as a blog originally, so there was/is some content on there (before I changed the nameservers to sedo) it's generated a bit of traffic (PR4) I suppose the phrase could be suited to a forum or something?.
