domain needreligion.com Appraisal please

Well I purchased NeedReligion.com just a week or so ago...and well would like to see how the appraisal goes for this domain. The name is very easy to remember and looked up in google without quotes comes up with almost 120 million results but with quotes comes up with just under 200k. So as stated in another thread I'm rather new to this so please allow me to thank you for any/all feedback and appraisals.



Thanks site has no development as of yet just curious if there is any interest in the site whatsoever.

It means that either they are not confident of the name or they do not know the value of it and may be the name worths reg fee.

In this case the domain worths reg fee with out development. I agree that there is good potential in the name.

This is a toughie, the term is popular as you say (120Million google) but Im not sure how it works for a commercial site. Its good that you plan on developing yourself, it needs an idea behind it to give it value. Name itself is reg free imo.

getting google results without quotations is a useless activity.....your 120 million quickly drops to 168,000 with quotes.

$50 on a good day.

I agree with 1cruiser $50 the way it sits. But...religion is a very hot topic. A forum of pros and cons of one or many religions could be very interesting, also a lot of hard work. There are people with great passion on either side about the existence of God and whom would like to voice their opinions. With ads to support it you could build this into something worth while. Or if you intend to sell this name, sell an idea with it to say any local church for 100-200.00$.

Actually up until now I was unaware of "godtube" honestly perhaps this may sound cliche. I want to develop the site but as of yet have come to a conclusion on just how or what i plan to do.
