It's definitely not the worst .jobs domain in the world. Although I'm not sure many people use the word "typing" these days, it is still relevant considering I'm doing it right now. I could see this being developed into a site where you shared different content creation jobs, whether it be on places like Fiverr/Upwork or Indeed/Monster..
One big downside is that .jobs doesn't have much sales history on NameBio. Only 1 sale (Crypto.jobs) reported and that was for $300 back in 2017. Crypto is obviously a big industry as well, so I'm not sure I could see this being worth much more. I would say low-mid $XXX in value by itself to an end user.
I think Fiverr has an affiliate program. If you developed this site you could link to gigs for typing related jobs (like content creation) or try to reach some of those freelancers and offer them exclusive advertising or something. It could definitely be developed and I think that would definitely increase it's value. Hope this helps!
