living in Sf that sounds like a good deal. trust me its hard to find a place here. and thats a cheap place as well.
Funny think is my sister is looking for a room to rent and just told me she just looked at one about 600 in the lower Haight. I seriously wouldn't be surprised if its this same posting because it sounds similar. she interviewed for this apt or one nearby yesterday
