if a site is dogs-home.com is taken + heavy traffic site

what % will "go to" dogshome.com?


any reports/threads somewhere about this?

the unhypened cousins are sitting around....waiting
for me to reg

well its pretty much a hard thing to estimate but it does happen

i would say around 3% of all type-in traffic the domain gets would be lost to a non hypened version

It is all case-by-case. There are no figures on this type of stuff, you just need to have a feel for people, typing and the site in question.
