Txts.net as in the abbrivated form of the word text messages. (Also the shorted slang form of the word tickets).
  • As stated above, it is a highly used abbrivated term and slang word.
  • It is 16 years old initially being registered in 2001.
  • As well as a llll.net
  • The .net extension works favorably towards the term as text messaging is a form of networking or a network in and of itself.
Even taking the text messaging aspect aside the name also has face value as a acronym as well.
Example : Tx: (Texas) Ts: (technical support), (telecommunication server)-- (telecom server)-- (transport station, transit system) etc.

Highly versatile in Multiple billion dollar networking (and non) industries.

PM offers!!

it was dropped and caught, and hence loses it's age.

dropped not expired/deleted, hence it doesn't lose its value from age.

Hey MD, dropped & caught means it expired and was immediately registered.

I still think it's a great name, regardless.

Thanks. But for a name to actually loose its credited "age" value, for search engines mostly, that comes from a name being deleted? if it just expires and is caught by one of the drop catching companies doesn't that still keep the value intact?

I think most domainers would say no- the value isn't the same. However, I think most retail customers wouldn't see a difference either way.

Also, regardless if it's dropped & caught by a dropcatching company or you register it on your own, it's the same difference. All a dropcatcher is doing is attempting to register it the split second it becomes available, versus you doing it on your own at some other point in the future.

interesting, Ive never actually had that issue with snapnames before. Either way I agree with you on the fact on end user value.
