does it mean I change records and keep normal dns same time or they r exclusive???

how come sedo or afternic dont just generate special code to enter as additional dns server and everything auto verifies forever?? like no lander or panda give me this

The TXT verification only works when using the registrar's DNS. But once you make the verification, that's all, not mandatory to keep them for ever, either TXT or 3rd name server. So once you make the verification you can change the name servers.

Yes, Afternic has 3rd name server option.

yea it's the whole hassle of change even once which I hate lol

I never did txt verify...

so for afternic can I add 3rd verify dns line to np lander and just leave it forever .. or it has to be on afternic dns everywhere?

For the Afternic 3rd name server It has to be only Afternic name servers, but once the verification is done, the 3er name server for verification is no longer needed and you can change to any other name servers, but as Future sensors said, no combinations, use or only Afternic or only NP, etc
