Two-tiered Affiliate networks?

I'm trying to find a list of all the major ad/affiliate networks that offer two-tiered or multi-tiered commissions.

If anyone has a good resource, or wouldn't mind listing some below, I would really appreciate the help. Mostly just looking for links to the sites along with commission % on referrals if possible! I'll take whatever help I can get!
