I have a couple of sites/domains which I have no time to develop or work with any more which is sad because they have great potential.
I have:
www.iptab.net - developed PR5 website
www.meetmyip.net - developed IP-checking website. It's also PR5.
Additional domains:
www.meetmyip.com - PR3, loads up meetmyip.net.
Now for info on iptab.net:
The site
The URL is http://www.iptab.net. The site is a resource for users who want to find out their IP address, and network information. It has several PHP scripts on it that have been adapted from GNU scripts. This includes a connection speed tester, browser information, proxy status checker, and a ping tool. The site also has an "Email this information" form.
It has been around for 13 months now.
The PR
It has a Google Page Rank of PR5. This is a high page rank -- and advertising space can easily be sold on the site. I've kept it pretty plain, but the possibilities are endless.
The Scripts/Features
>> Homepage: Displays user's IP, Hostname, Browser/Agent, Resolution, Referrer.
>> Bandwidth Reading: Users follow a link, and the site tests their bandwidth. It displays a graph as well as a numerical reading.
>> Browser Properties: Displays all public information about a users browser, and their settings.
>> Proxy Detector: Displays whether user is on a proxy connection, and their IP.
>> Ping: Allows user to ping an IP or domain and results are shown.
>> Info Explination: Explains all scripts and information on the site.

I am selling this site because I just don't have time to develop it, and there's no sense in hanging onto it unless I can do something with it.
Who's this for
This site is really for anybody in the web dev industry. Webhosts can REALLY benefit from this because they can send their customers to this as a support site. Design companies, communities, etc, can use this site to draw in visitors for their anchor sites. The site can be taken in any direction, and with a PR5, it's a very good start. Selling text links on this will easily allow you to profit from this.
The Auction
Payment should be made via PayPal. BIN is $800. Site is advertised elsewhere. Auction starts at the value of the first bid here, and will end 10 days from now or when the BIN is reached.
Regarding stats, there isn't a lot of traffic - I'll get stats processed and added to the post tomorrow.
Now - meetmyip.com:
This is a similar site to iptab.net in that it tells you your IP and browser information. Sample output (IP/Hostname censored by me):

These could have branding added in, and provide rapid growth when spread around forums. I just haven't had time to investigate.
Again, traffic isn't much.
Both these sites have more traffic than the Sedo tracker shows, because it only tracks homepage hits, which don't amount to that much accuracy.

BIN for both sites together is $1500. Starting bid $100, increments of $10 minimum. No timewasters please! Bidding will end 10 days from now unless a BIN is met.
