For Paul Smith, I think I need to change my appraisal a bit.
It could be a potential lawsuit as well.
Paul Smith has a live trademark.

You shouldn't register a trademarked name like MTV, Fox, NBC, Microsoft because big companies tend to go after names that infringe on their trademark.

As you can tell I am new to this trademark malarki!!

So because I hold a name that is a trade mark, I am violating that trademark and face being sued. Well I do not understand, because fox has not trademarked www.foxhome.mobi... they may have a trademark on foxhome but thats about it. So how can they even sue me?

Well I will have to flog it on then! Anyone want them.. ha ha!
