Two Flash objects on a page overlapping

Hi I have a flash Title bar with all my navigation on it and then a flash movie below. Problem is when the drop downs activate from the title bar they display behind the flash movie - anyone know how to overcome this?

ok I have been playing around with the

<param name="wmode" value="transparent" />

And the z-Index.

So it works on IExplorer, but not Firefox and Chrome??
