In order of value....

XXX.TV (at least over a period of ten years)
XXXTV.COM
XXXCHANNEL.TV
XXXTV.TV.......

No doubt - there are some great developed XXXTV.TVs, and almost every major country/island in the world is unavailable.....

But what value would you attach if any to names like TaiwanTV.TV, HongKongTV.TV and JapanTV.TV...

None of these names are mine, but I am considering putting in an offer for a name similar in quality (ie well known ) with similar demographics, culture, geographics etc... population in excess of 4 million ..

Don't completely take a nap on the ChannelHollywood.tv convention. It is very viable and brandable IMO

You are right...I only listed those I was aware of. I am sure there are more that exist and will evolve over time when everyone will want a .tv.

Well I get where your coming from Dottie I think it just comes down to everyone coming from a different school. I mean there are some people on here who can afford to buy the premium generic. Others cannot afford the geo.com, the geo.tv or the geotv.com so for them geotv.tv or geochannel becomes the choice. I think the beauty is there are many ways you can make it and be successful, and your success may not be a success to someone else but who cares you have to focus on your own business path. I know a guy who is worth $20 million and got there from Investment Banking and I know a guy worth close to $10 million from Vending different paths one worked his ass off a lot more physically but they both got there.

TV.TV Thoughts

There has been a great deal of discussion lately about [SOMENAME]TV.TV. To put it simply, "It ain't gonna happen".

In 5 to 10 years, Joe Blow will be leaving work and will tell his fellow co-workers that he's going home to watch "Late Night TV". Sally Sue is going to mention to her overweight girlfriends how she likes "Carson Daly TV" and "Male Hunks TV", and little Jimmy will rant to his diaper wearing pals about how much he loves "Rug Rats TV".

Now, I might be wrong, but I don't think there will be that many folks talking about newstv.tv and sportstv.tv, etc., etc. In the future, people are not going to accept "http this" and "://" that and "www" or "dot" whatever.

They are simply going to kick back and watch "Spice TV" or "Kissing Girls TV" or "Spring Break TV", etc., etc.

millers- i just did the country sweep, and there were a few tv.tv i was able to nab! most are gone- i snagged-

EthiopiaTV.tv - pop: 77 million
SwitzerlandTV.tv - pop: 7.5 milion
PolandTV.tv - Pop: 38 million
PortugalTV.tv - pop: 10.6 million

and some more i posted in the appraisal area-

I like Switzerland....tiny country but major tourist destination and political player in world politics..usually as peacemaker........

The rest I would not have regged...not big enough players in any arena (alright, lets give the polish their claim to good sausages and first rate house cleaners)..but thats just me Smash..........I am quite sure you will at least get your money back on those if you can sell it within 12 months...

Hopefully, all geo tv.tv, tv.com, .tv, channel.tv will gain in value as time goes on.
