That would definitely be bad.
TM issue.
They created the fortune with all of their hard work and money, then you want to use their mark to make a few bucks???

Not Cool.

If you own that domain, create a site that has nothing to do with their brand.

I had Extra.tv in my cart, and almost bought it, but didn't because I didn't want to deal with anyone (especially them) accusing me of infringing on their mark.

I decided not to go for expert.tv for all the same reasons. They have tm's all over Europe and I didn't want to step in their pond. Be careful when it comes to TM's. IF you get the domain, make sure you develop it in a way that it can't be confused with their brand!

Without hyphens is available, but it also doesn't make sens.

Try WIPO - World Intellectual Property Organization they have the Madrid database - in my mind this is the official non solely US site. If you're not in here I don't think you care much about your brand.

The US recognizes COMMON LAW domains. That is they don't have to be registered to be a trade mark.

WIPO is a database for worldwide trademarks, USPTO for US tm's only as far as I know.
