Hi, please educate me on the differences between a .tv channel and
a pre-recorded video that has been uploaded to youtube.com for viewing.

Let's say I have a .tv domain name that I want to market to a specific vertical industry, how might a .tv channel work with my domain.

Thanking you in advance.

Well a .tv channel is your own web address to your own seperate web site, which means you could market the site any way you see fit, the same as you can market any .com any way you want.

The idea with .tv is it is built around having your own rich media/video/social networking site. It is a nicer looking domain extension for that purpose.

A youtube video is uploaded on youtube which is its own site.

Not quite sure what your asking beyond that, but hope that helps.
