i asked a question in another thread about video based minisites, below is one of the answers , it may help one or two here , definetly worth a look

There are a lot of video sites out there. You need to start a niched site like www.Bikerpunks.com - Watch Motorcycle Videos, Sportbike Videos! and you'll make money. Then you can market to people in that field. Bikerpunks used to have links to lawyers for people in accidents.

Bikerpunks is running Video Script for Online Video Hosting & Sharing by www.TopMediaScript.com :).

No ...... i wish , i started this thread instant video sites and the owner chipped in with his example , that site has a good alexa ranking and is popular , i am hoping to get that script in the near future

I did start a video based site about a week ago CarChannel.Com.Au and yesterday it got over 70 visitors and a few 'keep up the good work messages' ....... so i think my site just might grow.

That's why i shared the info because it could fit into a few of the .tv plans for some here

you could do something similar with Drupal (a CMS) and hosting that provides FFMPEG. It would take you about a week to develop if you know drupal already.
