.tv .TV question

I know that .tv isn't exactly the ideal extension and I've noticed that most tv shows, old and new, already have the .tv domain. such as threescompany.tv. I'm was wondering, if one was to stumble upon an older tv show that didn't have the .tv domain registered, what would the domain be worth, and what kind of trademark issues could arise?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
