Tv-Nation.com is a video linking site with a great fan base. It facilitates people from all over the world allowing them to watch episodes of the latest shows online.
Seeing as I only link to the episodes rather than actually hosting the episodes and movies, I link to them from popular video sharing sites such as YouTube, Daily Motion, Veoh and more.

It boasts 2000+ unique hits a day, a page rank of 4, and $80-120p/m in revenue from ad's but im sure if you put in a lit bit more effort you could easily make $600-700 in revenue aswell as boost the already amazing pagerank and hits. W supply over 120 TV shows and over 500 films on the site as well as Downloads and Live TV. Registration is not required but it is easily changeable. It runs on Joomla and all the necessary add-ons and templates are given.
The reason why I'm selling this site is because of the lack of free time I have. I have State Examinations next year which determine my career. I would love to keep it but in order to keep the site alive I am forced to sell it.
You will never regret having this site. It has been a joy to work with it and generate revenue for both personal and business gain. But I do think the best thing for me to do is to sell it
