Doesn't look like that many have been sold on Afternic, and the most recent sale reported was 9/23/05 with NewYorkMinute.tv getting $100.

Don't let that info discourage you. Lots of sales happen outside of AfterNIC. Unfortunately, SEDO's database of domain name sales isn't freely accessible like AfterNIC's.

I've only sold 1 .TV name, and the trade didn't happen on AfterNIC or SEDO. Buyer contacted me privately and we transacted on Escrow.com

Bottom line AMCY is right on and the bigger fact is most .tv transactions are private. I know of at least 6 xx,xxx .tv transactions between feb and July but cannot say because they were all confidential with non disclosure agreements. I talk to people all over the world and many .tv sales undisclosed. Plus look at all the premium names just regged they would make DUKES list on the new tlds week in and week out every day names are just regged for $750 to $2500.
