Does anyone know of any good free artical or tutoral systems? Possibly with RSS feeds so I can make it so when a topic is posted on my tutoral forum it will be on the tutoral page as well? If not thats fine.

for a tutorial site you may want to try moodle.org - it's a cms (course management system) for article you may want to try articledashboard.com hth
