My son in law and I have teamed up to create OSWOA.COM AND BELLAVISTAHOMESFORSALE.COM. The way the websites work is very similiar, however, one is an Artist Gallery Website for artists who create Original Small Works Of Art (OSWOA, and the other is a Real Estate for sale site. The first allows the artists to create galleries and upload pictures and information about their art, and the other allows the Home Sellers to to create accounts and upload pictures and information about their homes.
Neither of these sites are for sale. The reason I brought them up was so that you visit them out to see what I am selling. We are selling customized websites using similiar coding and designed to fit what business you think would be best served considering your domain name and the abilities of the site to allow you, or other's, to upload images and text from your computer through an easy to use interface.
Say you own nantucketforsalebyowner.com, or Dustybooks.com, or carsandboats.com, or photogallery.com, or localclassified.com, or yourphotos.com, or grandmasbragbook.com, or animalpics.com, or any domain name that would benefit from a very user friendly interface allowing uploading of images and text direct from the users computer.
I will create the design for your website using your own logo and images and my son in law will customize the coding. We will help you get started with a host and teach you to use the administrative interface, that will allow you to make changes, delete images, upload new images, etc.
Your site will be completely dynamic, complete with ASP coding and SQL Database compatability. This will allow yourself, or others if you'd like, to upload images, write descriptions, add biographies, ect.
To experience the interface fully, visit www.oswoa.com and create a free OSWOA gallery (using photos rather then art) to upload. Then you can play around with the interface, creating a biography, adding links and images and descriptions and the visiting your finished site on the net.
Your site name will be www.oswoa.com/yourusername.asp
If you do this though, be sure to let me know what your user name is so I can delete the gallery when you are done playing with it.
Your purchase will includes setting up your new site on your chosen host's server, modifying the coding to fit your circumstances, and your site's design incorporting your current logo and images (logo creation is not included).
Cost? $1,500.00 for the completed website, plus whatever your chosen host will charge. Your website will be dynamic and will require an SQL Database and a Microsoft Front Page compatable host, which will be an ongoing cost of around 24.95 a month depending on who you host with (use Hosting.com and pay by the year and it's 300.00)
This is the perfect solution for someone who owns a wonderful domain name like ChicagoHomesByOwner, ...or SellYourGolfClubs.Com....AutosbyOwner.com...YourPh otoGallery.com...or....
Anything you can think of that you could use a site that allows yourself and/or other's to upload pictures of items for sale, or pictures of items for other's to view (grandmasbragbook.com).
OSWOA.com has nearly 80 art galleries. That's 80 artists who have built galleries and uploaded their art there and the site's not full yet. You can view their galleries...just go to www.oswoa.com. Your site could be anything with requires uploads to the net...pictures of children, items to sell, etc. It's all going to depend on that special domain name and your pocket book.

We are going to start a business site to sell this program on at EnterprisingWebSolutions.com (aka: entws.com), but I've not had the time to work on it. I've become too addicted to this domain name stuff!
