Turn Excel Worksheet into HTML

Hi. I have an Excel worksheet with formulas and stuff and it works like a calculator. I need it to be placed on a website so that Members can login and use it

I do not anything about whether if Java or Ajax is needed. I just need to get this thing done up

A quick solution you could always try is to upload it to google docs and just link to it so your users can use it. A problem with this might be that the calculator part of it (if it's too complicated) may not work, but it's worth a shot to save you time/money.
