Tunisia is a greatly touristic country. And everybody know it because StarWars has been filmed there ;)

LMFAO nobody knew what Tunisia is? :D lol

I've been there when I was 6.

I personally thought it would sell for more. Nice sale though overall I suppose! :)

Well I knew it was a country but had no idea it was tourism destination or that Star Wars had been filmed there. Guess the value makes a little more sense with tourism, I was simply thinking it's smaller country and wondered how it pulled $40k.

Yes, happiness on both ends is key on all deals!

It is a country domain for heavens sake, where did some of you guys go to school! :|

It is one of the top tourist destinations for europeans and I am surprised it went so cheaply.

Exactly my thoughts. Most if not all Europeans have heard of Tunisia..

Tunisia.com for $40K...a very good deal for the buyer, indeed.

I just sold a city in Tunisia (Tunis) and it was also an .info...and the selling price was $3250....!!

I don't see it as listed as "Sold" on the home page at Sedo, IMHO. :gl:
Can anyone confirm that it has actually sold for that amount ... money and domain name exchanged hands via Sedo escrow, changes in WhoIs, etc., etc? Who was the Buyer? :talk:

What are the specific parameters for inclusion on the "Recent Sales" on the home page of Sedo (in light of Afternic changing their entire policy regarding this very topic)?
Thanks much for any insight here.

I'm sure I saw the name sold on sedo the day where Nick posted that. But btw I remark the sedo recent sales change beside your language and website you use... Look at sedo.fr and sedo.us, not the same names ;)
