You're missing the point - most Cyrillic keyboards can switch between the Cyrillic alphabet and a qwerty (western) keyboard layout.

How can you type Cyrillic lettering on a qwerty keyboard.

This would be targeted to Russian and Eurasian isitors, because Russian is cyrrilis. And I can freely type in Russian.
