One bad thing about it is that nobody types "try dating" for a url. However, you're right that the market is huge and the name is quite memorable.
Undeveloped, I'd say low XXX -- which is quite good for a new register!
I'd recommend you develop it into a dating site -- certainly a better name than Plenty of Fish or Lavalife!
