Trump is now a politician or "Public Person" not merely a well-known business man. So he can not go after anyone good or bad for using the trump name UNLESS they use it for business offerings that infringes on or could be confused with his own. Otherwise the skies the limit, the domain you mentioned is also protected speech even if he was not the president if the purpose of it was to critique him and or his company's business conduct without trying to profit from the name. Kind of like the CompanyXSucks.ext domains.

Anytime go for it but be careful. You can use the Trump name BUT don't be registering his commercial assets and businesses names like Trump tower, Trump Golf etc. But you can register TrumpSuckAHotdog or TrumpIsTheGreatest if they are available to be used for support or critique purposes.
