Lists PR and backlinks

Thanks for the great lists.

As noted buying for PR is danger since it does not always stay past the next update.

Also if you're looking for PPC revenue I'd suggest a large number of backlinks vs a high PR. I have a .ca name that has no PR but quite a few backlinks and it makes a few dollars every month.

So I'd suggest based on various observations.

Looking for PPC revenue (namedrive etc.) look for plenty of backlinks.

Looking to develop a site and looking for a high SERP on some keywords buy something with PR and start building it immediately. Right now is a good time since the PR update just happened and I'm guessing the next data export from Google (not the actually PR update) should happen in December. In case you're wondering its been discussed on other boards that the Oct PR update used data from late July (ie a snapshot of websites in July). The PR is NOT calculated on the day of the actual update it happens earlier.

I was loving the site, until I saw the price on there.

The prices are Very cheap. Let's say you sign up for 6 months. There are 24 weeks in 6 months, which comes out to be about $2.45 per Week. If you figure it out for 1 full year (52 weeks), it's about $1.90 per week! You can't get much cheaper than that.

P.S. Yes the Big news was the Start of DropHistory.com and be able to allow everybody to get domains like I have been listing, but thousands more and unfiltered so there will be more valuable domains than I list....
