Mandore9~ I'm sorry that your domain lost it's PR. I provide very accurate info, but it never hurts to double check the info before you purchase it. Yesterday 10-3-2006 Google did a major update and went thru PR domains, this maybe why you lost the PR, I lost some on mine as well, and some went up....

Look Madore, what Jamie is supplying here are free lists... He hasnt solicited you to buy this name, you did so on your own free will and you did so without even the courtesy and/or protocol of even a token donation to him despite you quickly offering your new find for $$$$...

Caveat Emptor is buyer beware... The name HughHamilton.net was a pr 5 domain up until google re-ranked this week. The fact that you have it parked at sedo would have lost any PR anyway, so i dont see anything you have to complain about..

And you ask him to check more thoroughly next time... Do me a favour....

Buying domains only because of PR can be risky - there is no guarantee it will hold that PR. Most of the time the PR will drop on the next update. That's just the nature of the game. Buy on existing inbound links and ovt with extension as much or more than PR and you will do just fine.

As I stated before, I think the industry standard is to use http://seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html I have never used Pagerank.net before, but SeoLogs.com is the best site I have found. I would suggest to use the link provided to check all your PR domains and Not PageRank.net.

Also, I just wanted to provide a bit more info on my lists of domains. The names that I put ********** after are the most likely to keep there Page Rank or domains that I feel will do the best. (They are more likely to get some traffic, Hold PR due to the LP etc.) But this is just IMO and it is up to you to do further checking into before you purchase. Everything that I have listed and the info with each name is Real Time, when I listed it.

As stated above, it is never a good idea to just pick up a domain because of it's PR, but if you do, I would get some content on the site and try to start adding some links to it. This will help keep the PR.

Good luck with getting some names that you might want, and I will keep on listing more names. Like I said a while ago, it takes me several hours to put these lists together. So if you really like them, and they are making you some $$$, feel free to Donate some funds if you would like [email protected](paypal) or NP's for my efforts.
