It was listed for several days, and passed over many times, trinidad and tobago is the proper term, it's worth what you paid low $xx, so roll the dice, and see if you can flip it for more.

Agree mostly with wwwweb appraisal. Develop or try finding end user sale. I would give it a slightly higher aftermarket appraisal of $100-$150. Good luck.

Actually, Trinidad and Tobago are two separate, different islands that make state of Trinidad and Tobago. So this domain makes sense as properties on island of Trinidad, I see no problems there. The real issue is low population, not many end users, hence no big demand. I'm not an expert, but I'd say mid to high XXX.

Yes, I know that they are seperated islands and that was the reason why I bought it. I did make little research at Google and I did find about 15-20 potential end-users in about 5-10 minutes.

Find one review about population in Trinidad and Tobago and I think it's good for this name. Here is one sentence:

"The country is growing at a rate of just 0.3% per year. 96% of the population lives on Trinidad while 4% live in Tobago."

Actually can be very nice domain for any real estate agency who has some activities in this area.
My feeling is around 1-2k for ideal end user
