To cut a short story even shorter, I made a site and now i'm selling it. I made www.treatingmesothelioma.com a few days ago to just test with Google Adsense. My testing is now done so i'd like to sell the site on.
The site was designed by moi and is 100% unique to this site, with incredibly clean CSS/HTML coding. The site has made over $40USD on AdSense since launch only 4 days ago. This will not continue unless you promote the site in some way however. The site has targetted content for withdrawing the best keywords from AdSense. You will mainly be paying for the design, domain (at Namecheap) and content population, as there has been no advertising as of yet.
I'd be looking for offers between $75-100, but this is negotiable if you feel that it's unreasonable. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
