Sold. Another fantastically quick sale.

I'm posting here today to try and sell you the full site over at www.talk-ds.com including the domain, database and design. Purchaser will get access to the current host for about a week and will be required to move it themselves as I have no experience in doing it whatsoever. The sale includes the domain talk-ds.com, registered at Namecheap. The site has a Google Pagerank of 3.

It's got a nice unique design and a fair user base and is well on the way to being a good site. Was advertising on www.cubed3.com with great success, but I have now run out of funds, part of my reason to sell. There is a custom made advert available to place on Cubed3 should you wish to renew that advertisment.

Makes around $10-15 per month, mainly from selling text links at $2.50 p/m, but also makes a little from AdSense (Nothing more than $3-5). Gets in the 20s uniques per day, even though it's been unadvertised for a long time. Over 500 pages spidered by Google, and over 250 by MSN.
