Probably the person doesn't exist anymore and haven't included a nominee?!!

People with valuable names should add their nominees to their account so that in case of any unexpected incidents, their property will be passed on to their heirs.

Yes, anyone should be grateful for being alive in that scenario. But for someone who is rich it's just loss of profit. For the rest of the people it's loss of treasure and scope for a better life.
