Well I figured I'd take a risk on this one, not so much for reselling, as the .US isn't the best, but it was better then .CC in this case or .BIZ I think. For travel information to Austria from the US.

Overture Results

683101 travel austria

I think the name has some potential for playing around with google ads to see what happens, I've wanted to have a 600,000+ overture name since I bought traveljapan.cc and travelargentina.biz, but sold those for a loss, but the .US was only $7 to reg, so I figured why not for this little experiment, never the less. Any ideas on it's value. I figure it's worth at least reg fee from the overture undeveloped.

Simalair sales on sedo were...

traveltrailer.us for $500 minimum

and aisa-travel.us for about the same, this name is a bit more specific, but coudn't find many comparables, as I know travel names don't sell as well as they used to, but still just incase someone has knowledge I don't know.

Personally I like the .us extension better. I know ccTLDs aren't country restrictive, but with the .at extension it just looks like you're trying to market austrian travel to people already living in austria.

So I'd say the .us has more value, because it's perfect for a US travel company who sells austrian travel packages...

Just my opinion.

We'll see, it might have value. If I can ever login into sedo =P I'll throw it up there for sale and see what happens, anyone else having trouble logging right now?
