While it may not be worth 50K outright, it's definitely worth far more than 50 bucks. (I appreciate conservative appraisals, but only to a point.) With the right service, I'd bet just the ppc for a month is more than $50...especially if you can get in the top ten. If so, advertisers will be in a feeding frenzy, and you'll have to use a seven-digit counter. Won't take long after that and someone will want to buy you out. So yeah, it's worth a few bucks.

I agree that this domain is worth more then $50 but I don't think it would sell for more then 10k. At that price range there are better options.

Questions are welcome To clear things up, this domain does not currently have any significant traffic nor ranking in search engines.

I believe what was implied is that this domain has high-development potential with its keywords. That is what I believe also gives the name value, but I know it will be a lot of work before any such potential value is converted to true value...

Anyway, I am most interested in appraisals of the name in its current pre-developed form, both reseller and end-user.

I agree with the conservative appraisals. Those are great keywords however. I don't think it would fetch more than low $xxxx as-is right now for a very interested end user. Of course, that would change dramatically with good development.

With the right service, I'd bet just the ppc for a month is more than $50...especially if you can get in the top ten.

This doesn't make much sense. Most PPC services like Sedo, Goldkey, Fabulous etc. can get you listed in the serps, but far from the first page of results. I agree, if he developed the name, he could potentially get it listed very high, but that's the same story for any domain really.
I doubt very seriously the PPC for this name would be anywhere near $50 with even the best PPC service for nothing but type-ins.

Regardless, good luck with it. It's a good name.
