uncia sort of hits the nail right on the head. The domain has zero value "on merits" as a domain -- it's a hyphenated .net; so find the last sale price of the unhyphenated .com of the same phrase and divide by 10 million or so to get the domain market value. It's a nice enough name for developing, but then the niche is so brutally competitive that it's hardly worth making a foray into based simply on the fact that you own the domain. If you have any expertise, contacts etc. in European travel such that you could hope to get a leg up in that market, you'd be better off applying those business assets to a made up .com name than a fourth-rate keyword name.
