Look up comparable sales of domains ending in "LY" or (better yet) .LY.

It has been a very popular naming trend. And travel is a big industry.

I wouldn't be shocked to see a good-sized $x,xxx sale or even $10k or more -- as a best-case scenario.

As a domainer, I wouldn't pay anywhere near that much wholesale. But I MIGHT be interested if you decided to let it go cheap.

What's the reg fee ? Still $150 ?
Not cheap for a domain from a not so stable country.

Reg fee was $70 or so, owned a 3 letter since 2010 and I think it's been $70 since at least that year.
