:hi:

I've got a little under 24 hours to transfer over 500 accounts to a server... manually.. but the good thing is, I will be getting paid $75, anyways,

Can someone please tell me or teach me how to properly and correctly move an account from one server to another, manually.

I know of a method already, but i'm not sure if it works and I really need something that works and won't do anything bad to the accounts when they move..

The server i'm going to move the accounts to is a dedicated server and the account that i'm moving the accounts from is a reseller.. One more question, is there any way i can just transfer the whole reseller account to the server via the servers root WHM?

I'm new to the server root WHM and theres so much options, still getting used to it..

Your help is highly appreciated! THANKYOU! :D

unless you use the tools avaible in whm to copy the accounts over

you would need to copy over the files /database / mail accounts etc manually and add them to each service manually and edit httpd.conf accordingly.

but to be honest youve got under 24 hours to do 500 accounts. not gonna happen. its just not possible.

example: say you have 18 hours left that means you have to do 1 account every 2.1 minutes. it would take 2.1 minutes to tarbull up the webpages and ftp them over to the new server.

Thanks for the advice everyone! :)

I totally agree with you adam_uk :D It would be impossible, not enough time... anyways, i've told the admin I can't do it, so they've decided to pay the admin of the dedicated server (where the reseller is hosted) to move it :)
