Transfering accounts help!

Hello,

I need some help on transfering account from one server to another. I am in the process of trying to get all my accounts on one server. Both servers are using Cpanel/WHM. I am using the WHM function, "Copy an account from another server with account password" which uses the other server's IP, the domain you would like transfered, the username of that domain, and the password. I have created an account with the server I want all the files on and it works fine.( www.czz.us ) Then when I transfer an account from the other server I get a, "403 Forbidden error".( www.phpforum.us - a forum) Anyone know what the problem could be?

Log into your server's shell and run these two commands

/scripts/enablefileprotect

and then

/scripts/mailperm
