Transfering a domain [Please help!]

I was just wondering if anyone knew how to transfer a domain from your godaddy account to another godaddy account for free?
I have looked through all the options and can't find where I need to go.

They have it step-by-step in their FAQs section on Go Daddy,

Once the push is iniated, then the other person will receive a couple of codes via email they need to enter on their account to wrap up the process. Make sure you enter their valid email address properly, otherwise they won't get the automated GD email.
