At 2.0 market rating:

High Retail: $600
Low Retail: $450

At 1.5 market rating:

High Retail: $200
Low Retail: $150
Wholesale: $45

I think it would be a 1.5 at lowest. Thanks much :]

Talk to "The Monks of New Skete" in Cambridge, New York ... they have published several wonderful books on the subject of raising and training German Shepherds ("Dogs"), and are known throughout the world! (Do a Google and check 'em out). Even a local trainer I believe would take an interest in this domain.
$30 - $42.50+ at the wholesale level, though I would certainly advise beginning at the above, IMHO. Also, the 's would be much higher if it were, say, "Dogs" instead of "Pets", as well.

Thanks for the advice CoolHost. I probably won't be able to get The Monks of New Skete to use it (since they only deal with dogs like you stated), but it never hurts to try :hehe:
